Eviter Syndic a fuire. Absolutely the worst co-op I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Does not know the first thing about proper communication nor paperwork. Does not respect health and safety regulations. Does not do the job they are paid to do (owners have to follow up and do their job for them) then has the absolute gall to demand building fees in full. Avoid like the plague.
