The name and the website will give you the impression that you will be dealing with a professional company but once you sign the contract with them you should never expect any service. I rented an apartment through Paris Corporate Housing back in 2021 and every time I have an issue in the apartment even if the problem has dangerous consequences (door not closing, electric problems etc..) it is impossible to get any feedback or help. My heater got replaced only when I got in touch directly with the owner. This is the only way to get things done. Don’t get fooled by the first impression.

Manque de professionalismeJ'ai l'expérience des agences immobilières, celle ci m'a beaucoup déçue. Nous avions repéré un appartement qui nous correspond en tous points. J'appelle et l'agent me dit qu'il aura les clés dans une semaine, le lundi. Je rappelle lundi, pour prendre RDV pour une visite et il me répond que les visites commencent mercredi. Parfait, je prends RDV mercredi 15h. Et là il me pose un lapin. Je l'appelle et "l'appartement a été loué, ils sont venus signer hier soir". A quoi bon poser un lapin, faire déplacer les gens, avancer des propos mensongers, et prendre RDV ? Sans oublier le "vous avez eu qui au téléphone?"...alors que c'est un numéro de portable. Franchement, très déçue.
