Horrible : The taxi never arrived!
I enquired about it in advance by email, and received an answer with the price and the phone number, signed M.Lasa. However, when I was at the requested place and time (10 p.m. on Sunday evening in the small town of Labouheyre), there was no taxi there! I tried calling but only got automatic response. I put in a message asking to call me back and never got any answer. I wrote an email and again, no answer.
So I had to find another taxi, which was difficult at this time and place.
This is the worst possible scenario for a taxi service!!!
