BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS GROUP : Please beware any potential customers of Nexalia they take your money but do not deliver.

I purchased an apartment from them in January 2018 off plan in Montriond/Morzine I was told handover September 2019.

This date came and went I was then told December 2019 for handover - this date came and went

Covid19 came and understandably things were delayed however the dates for handover changed as follows.

Promised handover December 2020 - came and went more excuses, main contractor has gone bankrupt, too cold to lay concrete etc etc
Promised handover March 2021 - came and went more excuses
Promised handover June 2021 and to book my family holidays for July as we had guaranteed completion after snagging - date came and went, we had now bought all our furniture for the apartement which I have had to place into storage at the cost of €250 per month, Nexalia agreed to pay this and now they are ignoring me
Promised September told in June that this was guaranteed and waiting for electric to be connected- date came and went with more frustration
Promised November 15th 2021 - this date is less than two weeks away the date today is 2nd November and I cannot get any response from Nexalia AT ALL.

I have been ignored since the 4th June by Delphine Smitt who is a Director, Nexalia have had 90% of my money as I was buying with cash and no loan.

Please do not consider buying from this group they do not communicate with their customers, I own my own business and have a lot of property in the UK, I own multiple licenced properties and deal with builders, architects, agents tenants on a daily basis and I have never ever ever known a company that is so unproffessional at this.

If you have worked hard all your life and have a dream to purchase in France then please look for an alternative developer.
